Australian born, Paul qualified as an accountant and combines is his experience in Finance, Tax and Asset Management with his lifelong passion for sailing.
With over 35 years experience Paul has developed strong relationships and contacts in the yachting and financial world and created Arrow Services Monaco in 1995 with the intention of providing an independent consultancy service for yacht owners and their advisors.
