ASM are not involved in brokerage. We dedicate our time and expertise solely to providing independent Project and Yacht Management services.

Our technical advisers and project managers are ex captains and engineers with the extensive shipyard experience of new builds required to ensure your yacht in constructed to the highest possible standards.

OUR SERVICES:

• Guiding the client in all aspects of a new construction process including selecting the most suitable yacht and matching this to a viable and stable shipyard with the ability to deliver
• Working with the clients lawyers, advisors and financiers to meet the project criteria
• Reviewing and amending the specification and drawings prior to signing the contract to ensure the clients requirements for the vessel
  are met.
• Liaise with the builder, classification and flag societies to ensure that the vessel is delivered fully compliant
• Following the project to ensure the yacht is constructed to the highest standards
• Providing on site technical assistance
• Submitting monthly progress reports to all parties including milestone/stage payment approvals.
• Structuring the vessels ownership including reviewing the Tax and VAT implications and selecting the most suitable jurisdiction for registration
• Planning refits, obtaining quotes and supervising the work
