Our Brand Heritage

“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life” Confucius

With more than 40 years’ experience ranging from professional sailor to finance director of a Merchant Bank Mr Paul Archer was ready for a change from London life.

However, Mr Archer has always had the ability to build a team of quality people transmitting his values and beliefs resulting in a team dedicated to exceed client’s expectation.

Having a lifelong connection with the yachting industry Paul had realised the need for an independent company specialising in yacht management & construction.

During the last 20 years Arrow has built yachts on 4 continents and has clientele from more than 35 different countries.

In 1997 Arrow Services Monaco was established.

Creating synergy in a cross cultural industry both internally and externally can be difficult.

Our management division now covers yachts navigating in every corner of the globe with Arrow representative offices in USA, Thailand & Australia and our head office in Monaco.

Today Arrow Services Monaco continues to grow based on reputation and has been branded the “Independent family office for Superyacht Management & Construction”.

2015

Due to our reputation as a purely independent project management company we were introduced to a serial yacht owner wishing to build yet another new yacht. As to the increasing size of the yachts the client wished to use different build team more familiar with the intricacies of larger Superyacht construction and onwards management. This vessel is currently still under construction and scheduled for delivery in 2017 where she will join the Arrow management fleet.

2015

During 2015 we have been contacted by two separate clients regarding the construction an 80m explorer and a larger 3000GT+ explorer.
Both these projects are the largest we have been fully involved in with since the launch of Arrow in 1997.
We have been requested to conduct a full project review including specification, drawings and contracts and in one case put together a ship yard tendering package.
In two separate teams we worked on the projects to meet the clients demands allowing them to make the correct informed decisions to negotiate correctly with the builders.
Both clients are extremely happy with our performance.
