Arrow’s main speciality apart from management is the supervision of superyacht construction & refits. Our services are provided by a fully-qualified in-house team that includes naval architects, senior marine engineers, captains and surveyors. This team offers guidance throughout the entire process – from design and specifications, drawing reviews & amendments, through to completion, warranty and post-delivery operational management.

As build managers, we take the responsibility of realising the owner’s aspirations extremely seriously. As well as the technical and contractual considerations to be made, the Arrow team is also able to guide an owner in terms of their choice of shipyard & designers. With 58 projects completed and a quarter century of experience under our belt, our experience has resulted in strong connections with the majority of key superyacht shipyards around the world, allowing us to recommend the facility best suited to your specific project, effecting a timely delivery – and of course the true realisation of your dream yacht.

Refit
supervision

Completing a refit project of any size is a major undertaking, and one that needs to be properly addressed, as done correctly, it will represent a substantial investment in your yacht. Whatever the scale of the project, Arrow’s team of technical specialists can analyse the state of a vessel, produce a set of clear project objectives & detailed specifications, and manage the execution of the refit, supporting the owner, captain and crew through the entire project.
